OUR STORY

‘Whoa!’ is a dance music promotion company that focuses on quality over quantity when it comes to promoting upfront dance music - selecting only the releases that we feel fit our database, for the benefit of both the labels promoting through us and the DJs receiving the promos.

Spearheaded by long-time friends Alistair Albrecht & Patrick Hagenaar, who are using their extensive knowledge and personal
contacts in the industry to make sure your songs get played by the DJs and radio shows that really matter.

Over the last 10 years, Alistair & Patrick have worked at Ministry of Sound and Pacha both behind the scenes as well as resident DJs. Moreover, they have had successful careers as producers and remixers as well as running several independent record labels. With this extensive experience on both sides of the industry, they know exactly what it takes to promote a record properly; appreciating the multiple hats a label must wear to successfully release a record in this modern dance music industry.

WE GET MUSIC

We deliver dance tracks to DJs, radio stations, the retail sector, hospitality, playlists, podcasters an reviewers. We cover tastemakers across multiple genres. We get music out there – played, heard and talked about.

WORKING WITH THE BEST ARTISTS

We're proud to have worked with some of the best dance music artists in the world.
